Susan has been the Executive Director for Lexington Manor for nearly 6 years now. She is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida 24 years ago with her 3 children. She has a background in nursing and risk management and has worked with the elderly for 24 years. Susan spends her spare time making wine and traveling.

Paula Gasco, Business Office Manager
Paula is the Business Office Manager at Lexington Manor. She is a native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts but moved to sunny Florida 2 years ago. Paula has worked as an Office Manager for many years in diverse professions. She has 2 grown children and her interests include all New England professional sports, the beach and water sports. Paula is a great fan of theme parks, especially the animals and water rides!!!

Bill Crawford, Director of Sales
Bill has served as the Director of Sales at Lexington Manor for nearly 2 years now. He has worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years in a variety of positions. Originally from New York City, Bill spent many years in Italy as a student and as a professor. Bill has a genuine love for people and enjoys working with residents and families very much. He also loves music and plays the guitar and sings.

Noelle LaPonte, Director of Activities
Noelle is the Director of Activities at Lexington Manor. She has lived in the town of Port Charlotte, Florida for almost her whole life. Noelle has been working in the assisted living field for 5 years now in a variety of positions. She has been at Lexington Manor for 2 ½ years and assists in contributing to the quality of life and social enrichment of each of our residents. She loves to go fishing and boating and also has a love of both art and music.

Antonio (Tony) Perez, Director of Food & Beverage
Tony is the Director of Food & Beverage at Lexington Manor and has been here for 2 years now. He has worked in the food industry for over 40 years and loves to titillate the palates of our residents. Originally from Puerto Rico, Tony now lives with his wife and 11 children in Southwest Florida. He is very proud of his 30 grandchildren (soon to be 31) and loves music and dancing. Tony is also a dominoes champion and has participated in many local tournaments.

Roy Sortino, Director of Maintenance
Roy is the Director of Maintenance and has worked at Lexington Manor for 6 years and is instrumental in making sure that our community is aesthetically pleasing and well-functioning. He hails from New York and prior to working in the healthcare industry, he served as a Regional Service Manager in the field of Information Technology. In his spare time, Roy works for the Cape Coral Police Department in Code Enforcement.
